Meet Alma

Alma grew up in a small town and spent her mornings removing weeds from the garden and feeding the cattle in the afternoons. Farming was a hobby her family did in addition to their regular jobs, and it was a joint effort. While she helped in the garden as a child, she didn't truly value it until later on. It became a beneficial activity that helped her stay centered and calm.

Cycling entered her life in her mid-twenties. It quickly became one of her favorite ways to relax and cruise for hours while enjoying the great outdoors. Balancing the demands of a high-paced profession and the dedication required for cycling remains an ongoing struggle. Though the path may be challenging, Alma remains steadfast in her quest to stay healthy, embracing the immense rewards of nurturing her body and her spirit.
As she continues to navigate the demands of her dual passions, Alma knows that by honoring her own well-being, she can inspire others in the fitness and hospitality communities to discover the delicate harmony between their chosen paths and a lifestyle of vitality and fulfillment

Cycling across the United States has been a dream of Alma’s since she was a little girl. To see the countryside, rural areas, and places that remind her of home would be a lifetime achievement. On her upcoming bike ride, slated for next month, Alma intends to dedicate all the proceeds towards supporting The Green Heart Project. She hopes to inspire others to recognize the power they hold to effect positive change within their neighborhoods and beyond. Alma firmly believes that every individual possesses unique talents and abilities that can create a profound impact when utilized for the greater good.

Leading by example, Alma plans to document her journey and share it through various channels—blogs, social media, and local community engagement platforms. By doing so, she raises awareness about The Green Heart Project and offers practical tips for individuals to get involved in their own endeavors. Sharing her stories of personal growth and the challenges.
